Service
Rental prices include unlimited mileage, partial comprehensive insurance with a deductible amount of €300,00 and full comprehensive
insurance with a * deductible amount of €1.000,00 per occurrence.
ˇUnlimited third party liability for damage to property and injury to persons equipment varies with vehicle group.
ˇEurope wide travel without extra charge Additional drivers cost no extra charge.
Service Fee
Once per rental includes filled gas bottles and camping guide (Northern- or Southern Europe) chemicals for the
toilet exterior cleaning after use detailed motorhome/camper explanation disinfections of the water tank.
Rental Prices and Insurance:
The rental prices include: unlimited free mileage; partial motor
vehicle insurance with retention of EUR 300,00 and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance coverage with retention of EUR 1.000,00 per case of damage; third party liability insurance with unlimited coverage; motorhome/camper
coverage for technical problems. Fuel and operating costs are to be borne by the renter.
The vehicles are handed over with full fuel tanks and they are to be returned with full fuel tanks. Otherwise the depot
charges EUR 3.00 per litre of diesel.
The daily rates are charged per broken 24 hours. If the vehicle is returned after the time that was agreed in writing, we charge EUR 26,00 for every extra hour or part of an
hour (but not more than the total daily rate for every day late) and pass on any claims for compensation for damages that may be asserted by the next renter or another person due to a late receipt of the vehicle. As a matter of
principle, there is no agreement on part of the lessor to an automatic conversion into a rental relationship for an unlimited period of time if the renter continues to use the vehicle.
If the vehicle is returned before the
expiration of the agreed rental period, the full rental price that was agreed is to be paid unless the vehicle can be rented to another party. In accordance with the current price list in force, the minimum rental period
specified for certain travel periods are to be observed. A single lump-sum service charge is invoiced for every rental.
Liability and Comprehensive Insurance Protection
The renter bears the costs of any
damage that occurs during the rental period while using the vehicle in accordance with the contract up to EUR 1.000,00 per case of damage. The retention cannot be excluded. To avoid increased costs caused by a determination of
the costs of the damage, the depot shall, upon request, first present sample invoices for corresponding damage to the renter in case of a damage caused by accident.
In case the renter has unlawfully left the scene
of the accident or violated his/her duties under item 8 of these terms and conditions, he/she is also fully liable, unless such violation had no effect on the case of damage. The renter is also liable to an unlimited amount for
any damage that is caused by use of an authorized or unauthorized driver (item 9), for forbidden purposes (item 10), by the load, or by improper handling of the vehicle. Otherwise, legal liability shall apply.
The
renter is liable for any damages claimed by a third party against him/her or against the depot that the renter has caused to a third party during the use of the object of rental. The renter is liable for all fees, levies,
fines, and punishments that are imposed on the lessor in connection with the use of the vehicle unless they are caused by fault of the lessor.
The indemnity against liability will not apply if the Hirer causes a loss/damage deliberately or by gross negligence.
If the Hirer causes loss/damage culpably, he will additionally be liable in the following cases:
1. If loss/damage was caused by impaired ability to drive due to drugs or alcohol
2. If the Hirer or a driver to whom the Hirer has supplied the vehicle leaves the site of an accident without justification
3. If the
Hirer fails to call the police to an accident, unless this breach of obligation does not affect either the establishment of the cause of the loss/damage or of its amount
4. If the Hirer breaches any other obligations,
unless this breach of obligation does not affect either the establishment of the cause of the loss/damage or of its amount
5. If loss/damage is caused by an unauthorised driver to whom the Hirer has supplied the vehicle
6. If loss/damage is due to a failure to take account of the vehicle's dimensions (height German Road Traffic Regulations [StvO] Signal 265, with German Road Traffic Regulations [StvO] Signal 264 or equivalent country signs.
7. If loss/damage is due to a failure to comply with load regulations
The Hirer is prohibited from using the vehicle as follows: to participate in motor sport events and vehicle tests, to transport easily
inflammable, poisonous or otherwise dangerous substances, to commit Customs or other criminal offences, even if these are only punishable according to the law applicable in the place where the offence was committed, for rental
to a third party or for the commercial transport of passengers or for any other use going beyond that agreed by contract, in particular driving on terrain not intended for the purpose.
The vehicle must be treated
carefully and appropriately and properly locked on all occasions. The regulations and technical rules applicable to its use must be complied with. Its running condition, in particular oil and water levels and tyre pressure,
must be monitored. The Hirer undertakes to check regularly to make sure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition.
All vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. This means that you may not smoke in any part of the vehicle.
Pets may only be brought along subject to the lessor's explicit approval. Cleaning expenses caused by non-compliance with regulations must be borne by the lessee. Any costs, which may be incurred by deventilation or for
elimination of contamination with smoke, including lost profits resulting from temporary non-availability of the vehicle for hire owing to these circumstances, shall also be borne by the lessee.
Minimum Age / Driver's License
Minimum age of the renter and the driver is 21 years of age. For groups Family Luxury and Premium the minimum age is 25 years. The Hirer and any other drivers must have been in possession
of a Class III / Class B or comparable national driving license for at least one year - for groups Family Luxury and Premium, for not less than 3 years - corresponding to the weight of the vehicle. Please note that some of the
Rental Firm's vehicles have a total weight of more than 3.5 tonnes and that to drive these vehicles an appropriate driving license is required. Those in possession of a Class B driving license must consult the Rental Firm about
the engine size and the technically permissible total weight of the vehicle rented. If, upon renting, a respective driving license cannot be presented, the motorhome shall be regarded as not collected. In such case, there shall
apply the respective terms of cancellation.
The vehicle may only be driven by the Hirer and the drivers named at the time of hiring. The Hirer is under an obligation to record the names and addresses of all drivers to
whom he entrusts the vehicle, for however short a time, and supply this information to the Rental Firm on request. The Hirer bears the same responsibility for the actions of any driver to whom he supplies the vehicle as for his
own.
Non Smoking Motorhomes
All vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
Pets in Motorhomes
The transport of pets is only permitted with the express consent of the Rental Firm. Cleaning expenses,
which result from non-observance, have to be paid by the hirer.
Pick up / Drop off

Pick up Monday to Friday 2
pm to 6 pm and drop offs Monday to Friday 9 am to noon (12:00 pm) pick up and drop offs on Saturdays only on request and with extra charge Sundays are not available.
The return of the motorhomes/camper has to be confirmed by
the signature of an employee of the rental depot/station on the return report pick up and drop off days are counted as one day as long as 24 hours are not exceeded. In case of drop off after the time specified in the rental
contract, a charge of €26,00 per started hour will be levied. The renter assumes responsibility for claims made against the depot by subsequent renters due to delay.
Optional equipment
: All optional items should be booked at the time of the Motorhome rental booking
Bedding set (per person) = EUR 49.00 (1 pillow and cover, 1 continental quilt and cover, and 1 big sheet for the bed).
Towel set (per person) = EUR 12.00 (1 bath towel and 1 towel)
Outdoor Table and Chairs = EUR 29.00 (1 table and 4 chairs)
Bike rack = free
Child seats = EUR 19.00
Booster seats = EUR 10.00
Cancellation:
50 days prior to pick up 10% of the rental price
49 to 15 days 50% of the rental price
14 days 80% of the rental price
No show or cancellation on the day of pick up 95% of the rental price no refund will be paid
for early return on the motorhome/camper
Travel limitations

Substitute Vehicle
In case the reserved vehicle cannot be made available at the rental station, the depot reserves the right to provide a vehicle that is
comparable in size and equipment or bigger. That will not cause any additional rental costs for the renter. If a smaller vehicle is offered and accepted by the renter, the price difference of both vehicles is reimbursed. If the
provision of a bigger vehicle causes higher ancillary costs, such as ferry charges and tolls or operating costs, such costs are to be borne by the renter.
Reservations / Payment
We acknowledge your
reservation after receiving the reservation confirmation, an advance payment of $400.00 USD has to be paid. The full rental price has to be paid 60 days prior to pick up. The security deposit of €1.000,00 can be paid with
credit card (no AMEX, no DINERS) upon pick up or transferred to the McRent bank account 14 days prior to pick up. The motorhome/campers will not delivered without full payment of both the rental price and the security deposit.
In case of short-term rentals, the rental price must be paid with credit card immediately. The security deposit will be refunded to your credit card account by the McRent administrative Office. The repairs of damages as well as
fines and other additional costs will be balanced with the security deposit or by credit card.
Once the reservation has been confirmed by the renter it can be changed by him/her until 30 days before the agreed
start of the rental period, provided sufficient capacity is available. Any cancellation fee that may be charged is always calculated on the basis of the first confirmed reservation. As far as later changes of the reservation
are possible at all, they are exclusively possible by means of a cancellation and a subsequent new reservation. All cancellation charges will apply if the reservation is changed after 30 days before your pickup in Germany.
Payment:
A Deposit of $400.00 USD will be needed to book/confirm your reservation The final balance would be due 60 days prior to vehicle pick-up. Payment is to be paid in USD with a Visa, Mastercard, Check
or Bank draft only.
